Tuition & Aid

“What will college cost? How will I pay for it? Can I get financial aid?”

These are the questions on everyone’s minds, and when students consider the quality of an NSU education, they find our answers pretty attractive.

Your total costs will vary depending on your situation and the NSU campus you attend, but for Oklahoma residents, here are the basic costs to attend NSU:

  • Full-time undergraduate tuition and fees: $4,180
(based on 15 hours per semester)*
  • Average full-time room & board: $4,504
  • Books: $1,000
  • Undergraduate tuition: $138.50 per credit hour*
  • Graduate programs: $169.55 per credit hour*

  • *2008-2009

The vast majority (about 90%) of our students qualify for some form of financial aid. Roughly 63% of our students receive federal, state or local grants, and another 10% receive grants from NSU. And about 63% also qualify for student loans.

When you combine the low cost of attending NSU with the available financial aid, you’ll find very few high quality universities that provide better education value. We try to make college as affordable as possible, and most of our students tell us we do a very good job!
